HAAS, Inc.
We are the first independent Honda/Acura auto
repair facility to be opened in the Chicago area, way
back in October 1990. Owned and operated by Bob
Murata, a service technician, service advisor, service
manager and Service, Parts and Body Shop director
for two local Honda Dealerships. A combined Honda
experience that covers almost 35 years of hands on
knowledge. Knowing the Honda product and
servicing ONLY the Honda- Acura auto has proven
to be the most beneficial for you, the Honda and
Acura auto owner.
Our understanding of the products manufacturing,
the positions of assembly, environmental reactions,
response to various driving conditions, give us the
opportunity to perform service repairs that are more
accurate and less time consuming than our
competitors.
We utilize Genuine Honda-Acura replacement parts
on all repairs, yet will be flexible and install
non-factory replacement parts at your request or
when durability issues due not require to be met.
All of our service is covered by a:
** Limited 12 month and or 12,000 mile parts and
labor warranty**
Repairs that utilize original Honda remanufactured
components, such as "Alternator, Starters,
Driveshafts, etc., are covered by;
**Limited 36 month and or 36,000 mile warranty**
Please note: The warranty is determined by
whichever time or mileage period is reached first.
Additionally, Genuine Honda-Acura replacement
MUFFLERS and Pipes are covered by a " Limited
Lifetime Warranty" to the original purchaser of the
product. Note: This Warranty does not cover labor.
